The website smartcast.pro (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) is published by LOGI'API SASU, a simplified single-shareholder company (SASU) with a capital of 1000 euros, registered with the ROUEN Trade and Companies Register under number 890 076 011, whose head office is located at Hangar 105, 105 bis Allée François Mitterrand, 76100 Rouen (hereinafter the “Publisher”).

These terms of use (hereinafter the “ToU”) define the conditions under which any user (hereinafter the “User(s)”) may use the Site.
Using the Site implies full and complete acceptance of the ToU.
The Publisher reserves the right to modify the Site and the ToU at any time. Users are therefore invited to consult them regularly.
Article 2 – Site OverviewThe purpose of the Site is to present the SmartCast platform, a digital signage solution that allows professionals to manage and broadcast their multimedia content on connected screens.
The Site offers Users the following:
- An overview of the features of the SmartCast solution.
- Details of pricing plans and subscription options.
- The ability to request a free demo.
- A contact form for information or support requests.
The Publisher strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information on the Site. However, this information is given for indicative purposes and may change. In case of doubt, Users are encouraged to contact the Publisher.
The Publisher cannot be held liable for errors, omissions, or any inaccuracies in the information available on the Site.
Article 3 – Access to the SiteThe Site is accessible at all times, except during maintenance, updates, or any other event necessary for the proper functioning of the service.
The Publisher cannot be held responsible for any unavailability of the Site, regardless of the cause.

Article 7 – Miscellaneous ProvisionsIf any provision of the ToU is deemed null or unenforceable by a judicial authority, it shall be considered as unwritten without affecting the validity of the other provisions.
Article 8 – Governing Law and DisputesThese ToU are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute related to the use of the Site or the application of the ToU, the User may contact the Publisher to attempt an amicable resolution.
If no amicable solution is reached, any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the jurisdiction of the Publisher’s registered office.
